De Beers used its dominant position through the 20th century to influence the international diamond market.

Details:The basic ideology was to have an open office concept for about 40-50 no. of people along with the MD seating in the open office. In order to maintain the equality between the employees, all employees were expected to have the same size of work desks with no discrimination amongst each other. The design evidently speak about their work and culture ethics.
