The new Puratos office in Mumbai, has been carefully designed, keeping in mind a dynamic work environment. Puratos is in F&B and so designing a FOOD LAB within an office has its own challenges. Also, creating a display area and client experience center with a live bakery and many other such features was a test we enjoyed. Especially considering that quality was the utmost of importance and we needed to accommodate a growing number of Puratos staff as the company grew, the project was pretty inspiring. The mostly glass office façade is contrasted with dark wooden flooring and Italian marble finish table tops. Corporate colors have been carefully incorporated into the space using various fabric, glass and flooring options, creating a fun yet sophisticated environment. A vertical garden on the fire shaft livens up the space. Throughout the office, functionality has been given importance with plenty of workstations and pin up boards.
