To create a spacious open office, we designed a plan featuring maximum space utilization and minimum enclosed spaces. The latter meant that only a few spaces- such as the CEO’s cabin at the far corner of the office, meeting and conference rooms- were enclosed. This opened out a vast area to demarcate work areas for staff of different departments as well as to juxtapose the cafeteria and recreational spaces (library and gym) with the working areas and played down hierarchical spaces
