Who We Are

Founded by Mr. Bharat S. Yamsanwar, Mr. Parish S. Kapse, and Mr. Aditya B. Yamsanwar, Team One Architects (TOA), established in 2001, is a Mumbai-based architectural firm working across India and globally. Over the past two decades, we’ve grown into a full-service architecture firm with a multi-city presence and a multidisciplinary team of architects, interior designers, urban planners, technologists, and strategists. 

Each project at TOA begins with curiosity and collaboration – asking not just what we’re building, but why, for whom, and how it can make life better. From educational campuses to tech parks, from corporate interiors to master planning, our work reflects a pursuit of excellence rooted in research, data, and empathy.
